Saturday, February 8, 9am – 3:30: All Are Called: a training and togetherness opportunity for parishioners at St. Stephen & St. Bede, 99 Turner Ave (off Ness). The Diocesan Ministry Support Group (previously Local Collaborative Ministry Group) has broadened our ministry to all people involved in lay ministry in all diocesan parishes.  Registration forms at back and foyer; $20 includes lunch, coffee/tea and snacks (cost should be no barrier: talk to Gwen).

January – March: English as a Second Language course – English in the Workplace course for adults. Nine Tuesday evenings, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, from Jan. 21 to Mar. 17 at Dakota Collegiate (661 Dakota Street). $125. Register at www.lrdsconed.net or 204-237-8130.

Centering (meditative) Prayer:   Wednesdays at 5 pm in the sanctuary; and a shorter version most Sundays at 9:45 am in the church upstairs.
